Arthur was born in Pavlodar Kazakhstan and moved to North West Germany where he lived until 13 years of age.  His parents and their 14 children moved to Manitoba in 2003.  The Steinbach high school soccer team much improved with this new family who refers to what Canadians call soccer as Fussball.  After High School Arthur entered the work force full time with a large drywall company.  He quickly worked his way up the ranks and was project manager for large jobs travelling all over including, Rankin Inlet, Thompson, The Pas, Flin Flon and Oxford House just to name a few.  Arthur is fluent in Russian, German and English.  His experience as a project manager leaves him with an understanding of what a project needs and is passionate about teaming up with his customers on small and large projects.
