Our success is based on the strength of our people.  Our aim is to hire quality people with high work ethic, attention to details mixed in with a bit of good humour. Of course, work related experience in the construction industry is a must as well. We don’t hire salespeople, we hire construction experts.  Please take a moment to read up on our staff and decide whom you would like to connect to.

What Drives Us?

Our doors opened in Steinbach in May 2013 after much planning deliberation, hard work and prayer. In March 2017 two more locations (Transcona and Stonewall) were purchased from the company formerly known as North American Lumber.  Our goal is to foster relationships between our Customers, Suppliers and Employees so that we all may prosper with our families and finances.

Community Partners

Business for Business is a core value of The LumberZone and looks to support or promote their customers wherever possible. The LZ also loves the communities they call home. So whether it is participating in local parades, organizing food drives, or sponsoring a local baseball tournament, our mandate is to participate in local community events.
